Democratic Values:
Common Good: This incident was nowhere remotely close to being in the interest of the common good. This massacre of 129 innocent people stripped the French people of any sense of security and safety within their own homes and communities. These coordinated attacks have not only struck fear in the French people, but everyone across the world is now fearing these unpredictable attacks, considering ISIS is threatening other attacks on other major cities around the globe. To work as a community, people need to feel safe. People can't function normally living with the constant fear of attacks, which does not benefit common good of the community.
Life: The basic human right to life was immediately disregarded when these terrorists pulled the trigger and killed 129 people and injuring 352. Every person has the basic right to live without fear of death or injury by others, and this was thrown away in place for radical islamic views meant to terrorize innocent people.
Bias: There is no bias to be found in this article. It is mainly made up of facts, statistics, and some quotes of French citizens describing the terror, but nothing major pertaining to Western bias towards this situation considering the religion involved. This article is written for informative purposes in order to let the public know what exactly is going on.
